In the central business
district of Beijing, Fortune Land Hotel is one kilometer
from the China World Trade Center. Tiananmen Square and the
China International Exhibition Center are five kilometers
away.
Brightly-illuminated angular arches greet guests arriving at
Fortune Land Hotel, a stunning aspect of the hotel's
ultra-contemporary Diamond and Ribbon theme. That
theme also heavily influences the hotel's décor, which
includes varied amorphous, brightly-colored shapes from
lighting to seating.
Fortune Land Restaurant serves Western cuisine, and a second
restaurant serves Hunanese cuisine. The hotel also has a
coffee bar that serves a variety of alcoholic and
non-alcoholic beverages. The hotel also includes a business
center and meeting facilities. A fitness center, a free-form
indoor pool, a sauna, and massage services also are on site.
Fortune Land Hotel's 165 guestrooms are individually
decorated. Some room décor consists of vibrant colors and
high contrast. Others offer a subdued décor in subtle shades
and earth tones. Yet others include bold, wide stripes
running the length of the ceiling and walls, with the same
pattern extending onto the floor. Guestrooms include
amenities such as complimentary high-speed Internet access,
LCD TVs with cable channels and desks. Rooms also include
bathrobes, bathroom scales and phones, and separate bathtubs
and showers.

The Regent Beijing offers 443 contemporary guestrooms and 57
suites with sophisticated décor and dramatic design.
The Regent offers luxury accommodations centrally
located on Jin Bao Street, in the city's vibrant business
district. The hotel is positioned a short distance from the
Wangfujing commercial area.
The hotel offers on-site dining at The Bar & Grill which
specializes in grilled seafood, beef and poultry dishes.
Daccapo serves Italian favorites, while Lijing Xuan prepares
Cantonese delicacies. The Crescent Lounge offers drinks and
high tea.
A
business center offers fax, photocopy and print services,
and function space includes two grand ballrooms and multiple
conference rooms. High-speed Internet access is
complimentary throughout the hotel. This property houses a
full-service health spa that contains fitness equipment, a
sauna, a steam room and a spa tub. Spa services include
Western and Eastern massage and body treatments. Additional
hotel amenities include supervised children's Programs.
Accommodations reflect a residential feel with
mahogany-stained furniture, separate sitting areas with
armchairs and ottomans, and warm-tone color schemes.
Expansive windows overlook the city of Beijing. Rooms are
equipped with satellite television and DVD players.
Amenities include coffeemakers and minibars. Shared or
private bathrooms include separate showers and bathtubs,
designer toiletries and telephones.

Review of Elizabeth W:
What a wonderful night spent at the Commune! It was a
mountain oasis from the ultra-modern Shanghai and Beijing.
The staff went out of their way to help us in all aspects,
they catered to all of our needs and provided superb
service. The restaurants were excellent, we enjoyed a
romantic and chic dinner after watching the sun set over the
mountains from our deck. Hiking alone on the Great Wall made
us feel like we were in another world. An unforgettable
experience, a not-to-miss.
